It would be nice to have a season where we didn't have half the team miss multiple games, it is amazing the results when your starters play in all the games. But keep shitting on the players and coaches we have. I know I am on an island, but I am also right.
Yep injuries and refs are our biggest foes for sure. After that we just have to beat the other team, which we can if we are healthy and can get a call or two.

2019 was outside of the norm where I do think they had more impactful injuries than most teams, but prior years I'd say they were about on par with most of the other teams (and even less some years). It amazes me how this team never seams to have any depth and is never equipped to deal with the inevitable injuries that all teams have to deal with.

The impact the injuries had on the offense were obvious, but i am thinking more about the first 4 games or so when the D was healthy, they were terrible....the only injury i recall the D having early was Mike Daniels....but Davis was healthy most of the season and sucked....rushing 3 and 4 guys wasnt getting a pass rush and it showed...no, i dont think the LBs sucking and no pass rush can be attributed to injuries...although i will say Flowers did improve as the season went on, so there is an argument for him anyway...

Daniels. Hand was out. Slay got dinged up early, missed Chiefs game. Davis got hurt in preseason(thought he was gonna be done for year), Diggs was supposedly playing hurt.
And that was the best the D played all year. Had some good game plans early on. They just never adjusted as teams started adjusting to them and the injuries on both sides started piling up.
