Just released by Carolina. I know he's damaged goods at this point and couldn't beat out Sam Darnold or PJ Walker for a job...but could he be any worse than Nate Sudfeld?

There is certainly something going on with him between the ears. What a fall from grace. The crazy thing is we still see his Progressive insurance commercials every Sunday.

It just happened today, still has to go through waivers. SF can put in a claim if they want him.

I think the Rams have found their future QB.... Mayfield looked a lot different with the Rams then he did with Cleveland or Carolina. And he was only there a day and a half to learn an Offense. That is amazing no matter what you think of Mayfield's NFL journey. Mayfield may just cost the Lions a top 10 pick.

That's a bit dramatic. The Raiders are pathetic but I'm sure they didn't prepare for him at all and probably overlooked this game. He may cost them a top 5 pick though just on this one game alone.
Except for whatever that coverage was on the TD. How are you not playing off to protect from that? All you have to do is keep it in front of you.

Insane. You play about as conservative a game as I’ve ever seen offensively and then play press man(terribly, Jefferson had a clean release), with the game on the line against a team with no timeouts and the clock almost gone?
Nevermind the dumbass penalties. McDaniels has some serious questions to be answering.
