Here is a good breakdown of what would need to happen. I just don't see it happening that way...basically every game would have to swing their way with no leeway. They need to win out. Damn that tie.

i see 5 of those 6 happening....browns beating commandrrs is the only one im not sure happens...
I could easily see Seattle beating the Jets at home, the C-Words beating Cleveland at home (both will likely be favored) and it wouldn't surprise me at all if GB wins the next two. That's without even mentioning the Lions needing to win their two.

NY Giants just needs to win one game to get in and they are at Vikings and Colts at home (should win one of those two). So they are in.
Most likely scenario is that Seattle loses to KC and Washington loses to SF as they both play on the road. So the Lions need to win out to guarantee they make it.
But Seattle losing at home to either the Jets and Rams just ain't happening with a playoff spot on the line. Unless the Jets get their head out of their asses and healthy after the extra days rest.
I don't like any scenario other than the Lions win out to make the playoffs. If other scenarios bring themselves about, then so be it. I would love to see Seattle and Wash lose the next two weeks and the Lions win the next two and basically get a week of rest before the playoffs, that would be an ideal scenario.

History: Panthers vs. Lions
Carolina is 7-3 all-time against the Lions | Series History Current Streak: Panthers W1 Carolina is 5-1 at home against the Lions all-time, with the only home loss coming in 1999
This game is going to be for all the marbles for both teams. Carolina is still in the division winner race.
If mcdc is waiting to spring jamo and chark deep against GB it's a good move. This is something many aren't expecting but after that anomaly twilight zone game in Carolina there is no room for another loss. It's time to score more and often. Light that shit up. Air coryell style
Tau signed, sealed, and delivered that game. Fucking threw the ball right to them, they barely had to move. I will say what good ol Aaron said " It wasn't because the Packers played great defense, it was because Tau sucked worse.
I think the NFL is backed to their old bullshit; Miami should have beaten the Packers easily. They are directing the outcome of games to include as many teams as possible for playoff contention. It maximizes viewership and advertising dollars. Later they select the teams with the largest fan base to proceed further into the playoffs. Believe me, NFL watches the ratings and money is the end all.
Now that he is in the concussion protocol, one would have to think he might have been concussed in the game. There is a speculation video that shows his head hitting the turf pretty hard late in the first half around 2:50 to go.
Before that play with 2:50 to go in the 2nd quarter, Miami's drives were FG, TD, punt, TD, FG.
After that play, Miami's drive were fumble loss, Missed FG, INT, INT, INT.

Thanks Golden I didn't know. I hope that Tau will be alright, but his career may be over. Javid Best Deja vu.

Well, it was fun while it lasted. I don't see the Rams beating Seattle on the road next week (of course it's the Rams). Curious to see what the NFL does with the schedule next week.

I agree BB, but there is the old axiom, "On any given Sunday" so we will see.
Watching Seattle and rams. Rams offense looks dismal. Jalen Ramsey picked off geno Smith. They got a fg. Rams o line let 2 or 3 sacks in their two o drives. Unless the def takes over and/or Geno Smith shits the bed ...could be up against it here. We need some help from the football gods
