Could Talrico and Collingsworth show anymore bias towards the Rams? Wow, just drop to your knees and start blowing.
Great win! Defense is scary as shit but got stingy in the redzone. Offense got a little stale in the second half. Holding my breath the refs didnt try to screw us again late in the game. Great win!!!!!!!!
I'm not sure how....but there has to be a way to have both Gibbs and Montgomery on the field at the same time. Montgomery is important. He is the rock. Gibbs is also a great safety valve. I'm not sure how they could do something like this but some kind of formation with both them in at the same time might be beneficial to keeping defenses off guard. Montgomery has been tough but when he's in the def focuses on the run. Idk just a thought.
I came unGLUED when Goff shit his pants and bread loafed the ball that needed to be covered in order to save him. I was already on edge, watching our paper thin secondary let Stafford and his receivers play catch. But I'm with whoever said "an ugly win is still a win". With this win, they have gotten the monkey off their back. There is no way for anyone to tag them with "The Same ol' Lions", anymore. For that, I am grateful and nothing else matters to me for this season.
Of course I want to see them do more and I believe they will beat whichever team they face next week. But if not, I can still say that I am excited to see what goes on with the Lions next year.
That said...if there isn't a fukk ton of emphasis on strengthening the pass rush and secondary...and I mean BOTH...it'll be difficult to duplicate what they accomplished this year, much less improve upon it.
These are the two guys who should have been given game balls.
1. Goff 2. Stafford
If Stafford didn't ask to leave Detroit, he would still be here. Without the Stafford trade and all those lovely draft picks the Lions would not be where they are today.

I was at the game and it was the most electric and buzzing professional NFL game I have ever been too. It was something that I will never forget and I am sure glad I didn't get bombed like half the crowd was so I at least have memories of the game LOL!
The intensity and the joy of the fans when the kneel down happened. I know there are videos out there, but it was an awesome surreal experience. We didn't leave the stadium for at least 30-45 minutes after. A lot of fans didn't leave.
Fun weekend, got maybe 7 hours of sleep the entire weekend. Can't wait to do it all again next weekend!
