the refs were on the Packers side today, but I am not sure the Lions deserved to win
yeah, refs kinda stayed out of this one...lions had their chances and didn't capitalize, even with 3 turnovers...but the fake punt may have been a pretty big mistake

Yeah if anything the calls went in the Lions' favor in this one. We even said at one point when GB had a comfortable lead in the 2nd half it seemed like the refs were doing their best to keep it close.
we will be lucky to make the playoffs the way Goff is playing. he has choke written all over his face. time and again they showed him on the sideline and he was looking stressed.

when the QB doesn't have the ball and the defnder is yanking him down and twisting him that is a FLAG, THANK GOODNESS gOff didn't tear a ligament
Def is a bonified conspiracy theorist. If in fact the NFL rigged games, it would be in there best interest to help the Lions yesterday. Lions played terrible because of the players but lost the game because the Lions coaches. Lions were completely out coached in every aspect of the game. The fake punt was maybe the stupidest call, I've ever seen in my life.

All the conspiracies are coming true. Lions laid an egg on Turkey day but the NFL is entertainment. It's a business. So is Pro Wrestling. Just saw Philly win after Antonio Brown seemingly fumbled the ball in OT. Immediately was ruled incomplete pass. Would have ended the game if ruled a catch. Lots of money riding on teams winning or losing. Idk if it's scripted or rigged but some shit is wonky. It's always about the Benjamin's but Lions played unlike themselves Thursday. They stunk up the joint and that's on them. I get that. If there next game is on the road I bet they clean house. Lots of home teams losing. That said a lot of people bet on the home team. Know what I'm saying lol

That was an incomplete pass, not even close.
Yeah, I didn’t think that was a catch/fumble.
The Bills have plenty of other complaints though. That horse collar on Allen that turned into a grounding was horrendous.

Fair enough but if it was going the other way would the call been the same? I'm just saying if there's a situation to take advantage of they might just do that on the down low. Sneak a couple in. At any rate I'll shut up before I sound too crazy. Just a cynical Lions fan before this year anyways
No, it's a trash fine...I watch it and I seriously want to meet the person responsible for it so I can see what stupid looks like.
And I keep saying it, NFL may be too big to fail, but they're going to have a huge integrity issue if this keeps up
The NFL has a clear and growing problem with the quality and consistency of their referee performance. If anyone watched the Sunday Night game, there were two very clear 15-yard penalties against the Ravens in the first ten minutes of that game that never drew flags. Every game seems to include major performance concerns related to the refs. It's almost as if the NFL likes the controversy generated by these bad calls, and so they don't do anything to address the problem. It certainly seems to be getting much worse.
It's funny to see all the chiefs fans bitching about refs today..
I'm like, welcome to being a Lions fan
And IDGAF about that bad late hit flag...its the NFLs premier QB clearly heading out bounds, you have to know not to lay the wood on that, real penalty or not

there was some helmet to helmet contact on a QB, that call was more correct than not
So where are all the, "Refs/NFL are out to get the Lions" this week?
did you not watch the game? You didnt see likey points taken away from lions when they called false start instead of encroachment?
You didn't see rams first drive extended with a PI call that wasn't real?
That's more like it.
The false start was bad, but honestly that's the only egregious one I remember that didn't go the Lions way. I remember at least 5-6 calls or non-calls in the Lions favor that were totally bogus. Hell, that one play that likely concussed Stafford I think 3 different Lions might have fouled him.
I'll take it either way, but I don't know how you could have watched this game and thought the Rams weren't on the short side of the refs' incompetence.

nah...I thought it was a fairly normal playoff officiated game....they tend to let them play a little tougher in the playoffs...the offsides is the only one I really took big issue with, even though there were some other bad/missed calls
