Ya had Vikings fans out on Ledges with Razor Blades!

Suppose If ya wanna get the job done right, have a backup plan, right?  Not always easy though cuz, the Vikings can't even get a backup quarterback right.   Wouldn't  be too concerned about Kirk Cousins next season either. Should be like chasin after Captain Ahab for Hutchinson and the rest of the Lions D. Go ahead and  bite him in the wooden leg for all i care.

  But for the past few weeks over at the Purple Pain forums, Vikings fan's were  fillin out their last will and testament for if the Lions made it to the Superbowl.  How would you like to have that on your conscience? Just wouldn't be right havin a parade with them circumstances. Or would it?

 Been A Vikings fan since the 70's. A Chicago born Vikings fan infact  Been thru a lot of heartbreak  with these Queens over the years and there's no ray of light in site. lol  had to wait 108 years for the Cubs to win a World Series. I seriously don't think i have another 108 to wait on the Vikings  winning a Superbowl. Even if they are more than half way there

 What i'm tryin to say is , i think i'm losing my Viking Faith. A soft team with a glass fanbase will do that to you.  

  Don't let the same thing happen to you. Ya got a good team. was real impressed  ever since last season' finale win at GB last season. I remember when a talented bulls team  once struggled to get past the Pistons. Then a guy named Phil Jackson came along and led the way.

 If all else fails? ya still got the Redwings! and ya got Patrick Kane .  Give him back you bastards!!!

 Anyway for the 1st time in my life i've spent some time  stalkin lions forums.
 You Cats are alright afterall  hang in there!!

Eh...I will always have passive interest and claim the Lions as my team, but I had to turn away and stop watching every week after 30+ years of misery. Sat down to watch a Lions game, in full, for the first time in two years last Thanksgiving and decided they hung in with a great Bills team. Got reacquainted with the organization and all the moves made. Wondered how Shiela Ford Hamp could possibly be of the same lineage as WCF. And became impressed by what Holmes and Campbell had done.

The loss was gut wrenching. Dan has fukked up so very little. He chose the NFC game to make his worst decision, yet.

I have faith that the Lions will have another great shot at it all next year. Time will tell if Dan learned from this. But I'll be here, in their corner. At least until I'm convinced that it's pointless to invest such intense emotions. Haha

The good news is...it took me 33-34 years to burn out, last time. I doubt I have another 30+ in me. Haha

 Well if ya didn't feel that way , ya wouldn't be Human. Be honest, doesn't having other winning Teams in the State take away some of the Lion sting?

 Over there in Minny, the only thing they have to cling to is 2 Ancient World series Championships. Then some Kotex NBA Championships. Then to make matters worse,  The State of Hockey couldn't even identify the Stanley Cup in a police lineup. A Brutal State to be a sports fan   They  cheer on rival teams losing because it's more fun than watching their teams play. So embarrassing!
