BOLD PREDICTION : THE LIONS will fuck it up as usual
Because we have the 27 million dollar a year bum at QB nobody believes were taking a QB at 3 , as I have stated , add the fact nobody can truly see TUA for themselves and Hebert for sure not worth the trade up, so were stuck at 3, or the Giants at 4 , so were stuck at 3 and take Okudah like some idiots rather than being stuck at 3 and taking Simmons or Brown
The Seahawks will trade down and out of the first round
The 49ers trade down at least once from either 13 or 31 as they do not have a 2nd , 3rd or 4th round pick
So it doesn’t matter what we do because you hate Stafford. Got it.

Stafford HASN'T WON SHIT IN 11 SEASONS- but hey lets just keep doing that status quo and the same thing He wasted Megatron, - 0-3 in the playoffs , blew at least 2 golden chances at a division title ( went MIA in the dallas playoff game after being up 14-0, blew a 1 1/2 game lead in December 2013 including a beautiful 4 interceptyion effort against TB that season as 11 point home favorites including a Pick 6 in a 4 point loss to a terrible tampa team - and than magically figuresd out with such horrible play how to gert eliminated by the end of week 16 even though they had a 1 1/2 game lead in rarly December with piss poor qb play , 2016 blew the division with a 1 game lead) nd lost week 17 at home with a piss poor performance vs the Packers in a winner take all at home for the division and the stats are misleading if not for a lucky hail mary td to tate would of had nothing that game )
Gronk wouldn't even come here and play with him
he wins less than 14 percent of his games against teams over .500 in his 11 seasons( that finished the season over .500 )
10-66 in 11 seasons against over .500 teams, include the playoffs its 10-69
he stat pads especially in the 4th quarter
Hes thrown the ball more times than any QB in a season and is is a stat product because of that.
he's had plenty of offensive tools and 11 seasons is more than enough , after this season he needs to go.
you can say all you want about Stafford not having a running game, well hate to tell ya but Marino didn't either and he won playoff games and went to a super bowl.
The man folds under pressure against good teams.
hes this eras Jeff George, just a nicer guy than George !
He will never ever win anything.
Until he is gone and we get a new way way way cheaper QB of value can a true rebuild start in Detroit and it surely will not be happening under Stafford or the Patricia erA.
I want nothing more than this franchise to win the super bowl but it will never happen here under either of those 2 or Quinn.

I agree that it was good the trade didn't go thru
Nobody wants to come here though with Stafford .
People can hate all they want on me Hating Stafford but he has not done anything. What has he done besides individual accomplishments in terms of throwing the ball a lot. When he is gone, a true rebuild can begin, hopfuflly under a new GM and a new HC and new starting QB.
If were stuck at 3, than Simmons than Brown
The Seahawks will trade down and out of the first round
The 49ers trade down at least once from either 13 or 31 as they do not have a 2nd , 3rd or 4th round pick

why not Tua at 3, too much risks with the medical history , and I do not trust Quinn or Patricia trying to coach this kid up Let the next coach and next Gm handle the QB and the system they want to run
TUA could have a great career and be a left handed drew brees, or he could be hurt like crazy, which is why teams won't be trading up because they have not been able to bring him in and examine him themselves.
Would you risk the 3rd overall pick on a guy with Tua's track record medically ? I doubt it
Hebert is another Harrington waiting to happen
I said this on the board a month ago the Lions would be stuck at 3 this draft and barring some team providing a miracle , the Lions will be stuck at 3 drafting.

Would you trust TUA with this coaching staff and Quinn as the GM knowing that Patricia and Quinn probably won't be around after this season if martha actually has some guts based on her demands for this season and deoes not fold like WCF alsways did.
I doubt many here would especially based on this offseasons losses, trades and acquisitions.

from 2012 thru early 2019 Aaron Roodgers was 17-26-1 =.397 against over .500 teams in that same time frame Stafford was 7-44 =.137
this is a pretty big stat in a 20 percent difference
That's the difference between playoffs and playoff wins and division titles and nothing
Notice all the QBs below have had at least 4 playoff wins except 1. Yet the Lions continue with the Status Quo.
Where Stafford Stands as of dec 6, 2018
Matthew Stafford is one of nine active quarterbacks to play at least 10 seasons with the same team. Here they are, listed by win percentage, with more pertinent information:

I think win/loss stuff with QB’s is dumb without context, but here’s a few more.
In 11 seasons, the Lions have had a 100 yard rusher 12 times. Lions are 10-2 in those games.
In 11 seasons the Lions as a team have rushed for 100 yards 53 times(which is insane). Lions are 30-22-1 in those games.
In 11 seasons the Lions as a team have rushed for 100 yards against a team over .500 15 times. Lions are 4-11 in those games. Under Patricia there’s been 4, Lions are 1-3 in those and have given up just under 30 points a game in those losses.
I’d also point out that a team running for 100 yards shouldn’t be a feat talked about. A middle of the pack running game is around 120 yards a game.
This is taking out the issues on the defensive side of the ball. I know I’ve seen a stat floating out there about the Lions running for yards and defense giving up “X” amount of points(it was an average number). And the Lions record was good.
All that said, these stats tell part of the story and there are so many factors. Stafford during his time here has been volatile. He’s had good years and bad years. He’s carried the team on his back at times and made mistakes that helped kill a season(2013). He’s a good QB with flashes of greatness, he’s not the problem with this roster right now. Not even close, you can absolutely win with him.

Excuses - Marino didn't have a RB , got his team playoff wins and a to a super bowl and he didn't have a decent running game to support him for years
Also didn't the Lions have a # 2 ranked defense in one of the playoff years for STafford before he decided to go MIA after up 14-0 against dallas the last 3 quarters of the game .
Also in the last 3 1/2 seasons Stafford is 3-22 against over .500 teams
If the Dolphins do trade up somehow it won't be for a QB but instead a OT

the dallas game...you mean the one where the lb ran over the te that would have given a first down up 3 in fg range? That dallas game? Yeah, its on stafford...well, only to those that hate him, but whatever..
can you post lions d rankings for staffords 11 years please?
