Also not sure about how attractive Philly is. They have some talent, but a lot of it is aging and expensive. Add into that Wentz and the cap he’ll they’re in...that’s a tough spot.
His family may be in danger that lives here if he is not successful. In all seriousness, I can see why someone thats family is from here would not want the pressure of coaching here.

I don't blame him for not wanting to come to Detroit for various reasons...but the Jets?????

Because he is all hype. And the fact that almost the entire Lions fanbase want him tells me how overhyped he is. Time will tell. He may be a good coach, but it will only depend who he gets as his assistants and if they can draft probowl linemen.
Any way it is moot now.
Saleh hired by the Jets.

golden for the dub
Looks like we dodged a bullet on this one...man, Wilson's fault or not, theyve completely mis-managed him

When you posted that Eagles fans wanted Roseman's head on a platter.
I know. It really was messy at the time. I remember when Lions took Alim and it was clear one of his ops guys wanted him and looked visibly pissed at him.

Did a hell of a job flipping it back around.
Eagles fans will be calling for his head again within 3 years.

Don't worry, I think a lot of the Lions faithful wanted Salah. And after reading what I said about Salah, I don't really recall why I didn't want him (football reasons). I didn't have any sound reasoning. Just how overhyped guy at the time was all it took. LOL.
But we can all say that the Lions got the best coach (and GM) from that 2021 coaching cycle easily.
