I like Davis, but I’m not sure he’ll ever be more than run stuffer. That’s not something I’m trading up big for in the first round
For perspective, Davis played in 7 games and Josh Paschal has played in 4, because they’ve both been injured. Paschal has played 195 snaps to Davis’ 154. Davis is only on the field 30% of the defensive snaps.

Are you sure? I know he was hurt but Philly fans seem pumped about him

I’m sure. He’s very good at what he does, just what he does is gonna limit how much he’s on the field.
Also Philly’s DT rotation is loaded. He may get some more time in the future, but this is pretty much what he did at Georgia too.
With the Philly’s talent and the draft capital they have, they could afford the luxury.

Ok thanks. So a Jerry Ball or otherwise immoveable object type player to clog lanes and let LBs make tackles ? Paschal basically does that here but is way more mobile. It will be intersting comparing Paschal and Jordan Davis moving forward. Appreciate the 411. I just heard a few Philly fans saying how dominate he was. Didnt really notice too much when we played them tho

Guy we played a couple weeks ago for the Giants, Dexter Lawerence, is probably a good example of what Eagles are hoping to get out of him long term.
The Lions need to just say fuck QB early this year and take Jalen Carter with the Rams pick.
Just searched Jalen Carter. He grew up in Apopoka Florida. Gradutated from there. I stopped there once on a road trip. Part of Apopka makes Detroit look like Grosse Pointe. That place is Florida's most dangerous city like officially rated. Looks like someone dropped a nuke on it. In other words, hes prob tough as F and cannot be rattled lol just saying
