I actually think this is a tough match-up. Jags coming off a big win and Lions coming off tough loss. Kind of game in the past would be an easy to predict loss. I’m still leaning that way. I do think it will be a shoot-out.
I’ll say Jags 31 Lions 28.
And people will overreact to losing to a team in similar position to Lions.
McNeil will be going against Luke Fortner playing OC for the Jags. He is going to eat him up like he did the Giants OC pushing the pocket from the inside out forcing Lawrence to flee either to Houston or Hutchinson. I like the Lion's defense to get 4 to 6 sacks and cause at least one errant throw turnover.
Jameson Williams and Romeo Okwara has been activated. Julian Okwara has been transferred to IR. Hopefully, Williams will get at least 5 to 10 snaps tomorrow. Luv it.
Just because Jamo was activated from IR, I don't think that necessarily means he'll be active for this week's game.
I think a shoot-out is the only way the Lions win this one, but I do think they win.
Lions 41 Jags 37
He has been in the padded kiddie's room long enough. Got to play him to get him acclimated. Let him throw a few blocks and get punched in the face a couple of times. He needs to run routes and push folks back. Just his threat may help us.

If he plays, id guess it’s no more than 10-15 plays. He’s had one week of football in the last 11 months.
I don't know, if I remember right, Jacobs played pretty quickly after being activated. Believe me, this kid has been working out and running his butt off. He is ready.

Jacobs played 1 total snap on defense his first two games back (though he did play some special teams). If Jamo is even active, I put his over/under snap count at 6.

I think Jacobs one play was a PI in the end zone(weak one).
WR has a little more rotation and packages, so I figured if he’s active they’d have some specific calls for him. Chark played 11 in that first game back off IR against the Giants.

I think the Lions feast today. I expect Hutch to play with a real chip on his shoulder having been passed up by Jax in the draft. I anticipate a raucous crowd and a few deep shots to Jamo. I don't expect any of them to connect (lol), as Goff's deep ball is questionable, and he hasn't developed any timing for the speed Jamo brings to the table. However, I also expect St. Brown to wide open every time Jamo steps onto the field.
