Line opened at Lions -1.5 and is now Lions -3. I think the -3 sounds about right on the road. Sure there will be plenty of Lions fans there but road games are more about the travel and all that goes with it.
Should have most or all of the short-term injured players back (until someone gets hurt in practice again this week).
DC said Glasgow has taken over the RG starting position. Makes sense, and it's nice having Vaitai as depth as I'm sure someone will get hurt in the coming weeks.
Not too worried about this game. Chargers are kind of a mess and coming off a short week. Of course any given Sunday...
This game scares me...they are loaded with talent on both sides of the ball, I feel it's only a matter of time before it clicks and they put it all together...
Lions haven't exactly been an offensive giant and Chargrs can put up some serious points...don't like the lions in a shootout the way theyve been playing...so hoping yhe D can contain them...but this may be the best O they have faced...
That said...im considering going...its a 4 hr drive and I work until 7 pm Sat, so would have to leave by 7 am to get there...but decent tics are $130 right now and there's a lot of tics, so thinking I can score a good seat last second on gametime app...TBD
And golden, think this is my only game this yr if I go...shit just didn't line up for me

Yeah I’m not crazy about this match-up, either. Traveling out west, high end QB that can buy time with his legs. I did feel better watching Jets get after him, even making Slater look bad, but that Jets D is no joke. Offense has to start quick in this one.
we will either win big or lose big. the chargers are probably the best team we have faced other than KC and Baltimore. Eckler can give us fits if he gets going. our ace in the hand is our running game. we need to have extended drives that end in TD's and get a 2 or 3 score lead.

Chargers are garbage...Lions win easily....oh wait I heard the Lions haven't won a game on the West Coast since 2011. But these things are made to be broken especially with this team.
I don't see how the Chargers could blow out the Lions, but they are talented enough to sneak one. Especially since the Lions seem to be turning the ball over a lot. I think the Lions win the turnover battle that they should win this game. Sounds like almost everyone who was previously injured will be available.

I hear ya, probably only other games I am going to are the ones in Detroit the week of Thanksgiving. New Orleans would have been my other option, but not looking good. Doesn't even look like I'll be making the trip up to Minneapolis.
I heard there's like a 50 percent chance of rain which for San Diego is a lot. I like the Lions on the road in decent weather. Herbert can go off though but at least he doesn't run too much. Austin Eckler is a stud but I think Goff likes playing in Cali
Edit: I heard the rain thing Monday on ESPN but rechecking it...sunny and clear. So. The only reign we need is the Lions reigning in SD 🤐

Chargers haven't played in San Diego since 2017. And they play in a dome in Inglewood. So no rain delay (only lightning delays apparently).

Oh shit. It's still the late 80s I guess. It's hard to follow LA, Oakland, Las Vegas Raiders now. Damn. It's not natural. They'll always be the San Diego Chargers for me. Signs you're getting old for $100 Alex. Survey says... I harken back to Air Coryell and Natrone Means eras. My second favorite team. At any rate Thanks for the update 🤣🤣🤣 a dome in Englewood. Man.
