The Gibbs cutback TD run, Ragnow and Jonah drive their guys halfway down the field. Not sure an OL can play better than Lions did yesterday.
Only breakdown I saw was on the first 4th down from the 1. Jackson completely whiffed on his block which allowed the pressure that disrupted the entire play forcing Goff to get rid of the ball. Otherwise, it was an A+ effort. I only heard Mack's name called once, when Gibbs carried him on his back for 5 yards downfield after he caught the tipped pass over the middle. I didn't hear mention of Joey Bosa a single time all day.
Only comment I have as I'm waiting for traffic to clear....refs did a good job of keeping that one close (ie, within the spread..ahem...) and the ~few~ chargers fans around me got awfully quite on some of those calls....yes, I'm saying there was some BS calls that everyone knew was BS....
Oh, the other comment, nfl is pumping in noise like a mofo....all of a sudden its super loud and you look around and no one is standing/clapping and lower level is only 2/3 full...yeah, some bullshit going on...
The PI against Sutton on the 4th and 1 was so bad, the network would only show a single replay from the blimp view where you couldn't see what was actually happening. The WR never even complained or looked to the referee for flag. It was a total BS call.

Curious why Jonah graded so low on PFF.
There seems to be some disconnect with PFF and OL guys on Jackson(and in general). All the guys that study OL say Jackson is one of the best guards in the league and PFF always seem to think he’s average. The team definitely trusts Jonah with a lot, they love to have him pulling and out in space making tough blocks.
It’s also tough to understand PFF’s grading. There’s the argument that they don’t know assignment, so it’s leaves too much room for error. And the whole system doesn’t make sense some time. Jackson graded horribly in pass blocking Sunday. They credited him with 3 pressures allowed. Decker graded fairly well, credited him with 5 pressures. How? Not only that, I watched the game again, if there was 8 pressures on Goff in that game, I’m blind or they have a really loose interpretation of pressure.

I know PFF dings heavily for penalties or any type of mental miscue. I don't remember Jonah having a penalty. But I do know no matter what position, if you have even one penalty against you, you have pretty much no chance at a good game grade.

Decker had a penalty, Jackson didn’t. Hypothetically switch it though. Is one penalty worth 2 pressures? Even in this case it would be more because you have an almost 25 point differential between the 2. They even have Jackson with a higher pass blocking efficiency rating. They have almost identical efficiency for the season, but again almost a 25 point differential in pass block grade. And Decker has committed 3 more penalties.
They just muddy the water and it’s why it’s hard to take their grading too seriously.
And again, I don’t know where all these pressures were, because didn’t see them.

the one that didn't really look like a chop block...at all?
Yeah, it was an illegals low block. Except he didn’t actually touch him, so not sure how that’s a penalty.
yeah, that was one of the 2 or penalties the chargers fans around me got real quiet on...the other big one was the Sutton PI...
Say what you want, but that's an 11 point swing for the Chargers from the refs...and that's what the game felt like, 11 pts, not a fg as time expired game...good job nfl for keeping it close, I'm sure this has nothing to do with why folks are saying nfl is scripted

Yeah the Sutton one looked soft. Of course the only replay we got watching on TV was from a satellite in space.
