I mean, it's a valid question, but you also have to consider LaPorta and Gibbs. And I don't know that we're any worse off this year than last year. Reynolds was JAG and DPJ can probably at least do what he did. Jamo is kind of a wildcard. I'd feel a little more comfortable with another proven guy in the WR room. Guys still available that I would look at are Hunter Renfrow, Mecole Hardman, Russell Gage.

I'm still confused with the losing the #2 part. Did he mean Reynolds? And if so, why post this a month after Reynolds signed with Denver?
I guess I expect the Lions receiving to revolve around ARSB, Jamo, LaPorta, Gibbs and Kalif. Some people just feel a WR core isn't complete without a 6'5" guy.
actually a good post. dont care about losing reynolds and likely Williams will be expected to take that spot but do we trust DPJ to finally live up to expectations? 1 injury puts the WR room pretty thin. might have an ace in the hole with the undrafted rookie. we will see.

I think it’s valid. Reynolds was reliable and had good chemistry with Goff. Peoples-Jones has the talent to play that role, just been some time since he’s played at that level. Raymond has always been gamer, but there’s only so much he can do with his size.
While a valid topic, I don't think it's that big of a deal considering only one (mediocre) guy left. The concern is if Jamo is going to live up to his draft status or not...if so, we are fine, albeit thin...

I guess that's the wildcard. We know Reynolds is steady, reliable and has chemistry with Goff. Without him, we're a little thinner. PJ might be that. We'll see.
Jamo is ... a "puzzle piece." He helps give us a competitive edge, but not as much for what he does, but what he is a threat to do.

This is why you don’t take edibles and post on the internet.
This is a valid point. Edibles are synthesized through the liver, so it's more of a mushroom trip than a high, though that all depends on tolerance as well. I once did a 25mg edible and I'm not the proverbial weed guy, but I vowed to never do edibles again. A little party broke out on the patio. Long story short, it takes an hour for edibles to reach that zenith and it don't stop for like 5 hours. The mind recoils in horror at the notion that a neighbor half a block away had a warrant and was raided just as the edibles kicked in for me. It kind of freaked me out. I was convinced they were coming for us and when the flashing lights pulled up to that house, I wondered what I'd say if the police started questioning me about anything. It freaked me out. I was mortified if I had to engage in any kind of conversation and I don't think I would have made it through any kind of small talk.
How are you doing tonight?
Um, my eyes have filters.
Ok then.
I imagine a lower dosage, though 25mg isn't much, but for me like 10 might be sufficient, but if I were to poo-poo the Lions WR's I'd probably need about 50mg but by then nothing would really matter. Where it used to be power slamming two natty daddy's and some scotch to tear ass through some vitriol adrenaline laced rant, now it's edibles and dumb shit lol
Basically anybody doing anything to help them get through the day I'm all for, but Donovan People Jones will probably fill in at #3 for my boy who dropped two passes in the NFC championship game and cost us a super bowl. I won't mention his name at this time, but that was soul crushing. The drop on 4th down killed something alive inside me.
At some point at some location, all you mofos should check off a day and night to really let one loose, then get back to your life. JAMO - AMRON - PEOPLE JONES - LaPORTA - AND my man KHALIF RAYMOND aren't too shabby a staff, with a cast of about 5 others waiting in the wings.

Josh choked when it counted the most. Good riddens.

Sorry for talking smack against Josh Reynolds. I am still ruffled. We were so fucking close to the super bowl. Not an easy feat and well I guess it's time to put it behind me lol damn

I don't get why Reynolds gets all the blame and no one ever mentions Vildor....pick that and lions wins...instead he gives up a 50 yd completion off his face mask at the 3....

Well, I think the Vildor play was more random bad luck and out of his control than the Reynolds drops, but I don't blame Reynolds for that loss either. There were like 6 freak things that didn't go their way where if any one of the six things go their way they probably win but it is what it is. Hell, blame MC/DC for running it on that 3rd & goal with over a minute left which outside of being a bad call it also forced them to use a timeout that would have been useful later. (Or better yet, don't use a timeout there and run a quick play.)

I'm sure Reynolds was more upset about those drops than you or any of us.

Yeah that's true, but that was more flukey. It did hit him in the head though. Easy for us to say I guess, but that one 4th down drop really shifted my gut. Oh well it was like every Lion's nightmare coming true and all the bad bounces happening in real time. At any rate, here's to another good year. 12-5 last year isn't all that bad.)

Vildor got shoved in the chest by the WR which caused his imbalance and the ball hitiing him in the face, it was as blatant an OPI as you will ever see and it should have been called
Say what you want, but that was the turning point in the game. I've seen a couple articles say that play fired up the niners and I know Purdy said that's when they knew they were coming back...not one nicer mentioned Reynolds drop, to my knowledge...so I guess I lean towards the play that the niners said changed their bench.. but whatever, you don't have to agreee

Reynolds catches that ball and the Vildor play never happens. He catches the second one, the game is over. They all were huge. I’m sure the Vildor play gave them energy, but even with that the Lions were still in position to win after that. Was just a huge clusterfuck that still feels like a kick in the dick. And you had the Gibbs fumble. Then like BB said, throw in Campbell mis managing the clock.
I feel bad for Reynolds. He had a good stretch in Detroit and that’s the thing that will kind of hang over that time. Thought I read it was something that he took really hard, too.

Reynolds made many key catches throughout the whole season.
A lot went wrong in that game
Fumbles Short fields for the 9ers What about the defense letting them back into the game as well The second half slump that we saw allseason long with the Lions
